Job Summary Houchens Food Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters to diagnose electrical issues. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively. Conduct inspections of hydraulic systems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Execute welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs or modifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters. Ability to read and understand schematics related to machinery operations. Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as being able to work independently. Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
