Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at a busy manufacturing facility. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting various production and warehouse operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate hand and power tools. Prior factory or warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position is essential for maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring safety standards are met across the facility. Responsibilities Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to move materials within the warehouse or manufacturing floor Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic assembly, repairs, or adjustments as needed Support the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods from trucks or storage areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and productivity Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of equipment and materials Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments is a plus but not mandatory Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is advantageous Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred) and use hand tools or power tools effectively Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial settings Reliable attendance record and a positive attitude toward learning new skills
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
