The Material Handler will safely and accurately receive, transport, and ship materials and finished goods. This role requires performing all tasks in compliance with safety guidelines and procedural SOPs. It is the responsibility of the Material Handler to carry out these processes accurately, efficiently, and on time to support the Production team. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Forklift, Reach Truck, or warehouse equipment certification is a plus. Ability to read and understand shipping documents, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Commitment to workplace safety and inventory accuracy. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Reach Truck experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling processes. Ability to accurately complete Bills of Lading, packing lists, freight documents, and purchase orders. Familiarity with barcode scanners, inventory management systems, and warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day. Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours at a time. Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and repetitive movement required. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices. Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety requirements. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Job Duties Safely operate Reach Trucks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment while following company policies and SOPs. Receive, load, unload, store, and transport raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Support production operations by delivering materials accurately and on time. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation. Process shipments and prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, freight paperwork, and inventory records. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Maintain clean, organized shipping and receiving areas and report equipment issues promptly.
