Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as fork lifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Use basic math skills to count inventory, calculate weights, and ensure correct packaging specifications Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Experience operating fork lifts, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and RF scanners is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in picking & packing tasks Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, load & unload shipments, and standing for extended periods Basic math proficiency for inventory counts and order calculations Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 platforms, and other logistics tools Embark on an exciting career journey with us where your contributions directly impact our success!
