This role involves various tasks that contribute to the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties Machine Operation & Training:

Operate assigned machines or workstations, following documented procedures with supervision and training.

Quality Control & Process Improvement:

Identify and address quality concerns, suggest improvements, and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.

Product Identification & Labeling:

Accurately label and identify products, ensuring correct packaging and handling.

Collaboration & Support:

Relieve other operators during breaks and assist material handlers with supplies as needed.

Cleanliness & Safety Compliance:

Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety and quality policies. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Physical Requirements:

Lift 18-25 pounds regularly, with occasional overhead lifting. Standup to 12 hours per day, with repetitive hand, arm, and bending motions. Perform visual checks for detailed inspections Safety gear (glasses and hearing protection) must be worn.
