Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer for our Grain Operations team. This role is essential in supporting the efficient processing and handling of grain products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in agricultural or manufacturing environments. This position involves working with heavy equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards while contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. Duties Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, to facilitate grain handling and processing. Assist in the loading, unloading, and storage of grain products while adhering to food safety regulations. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute daily operational tasks efficiently. Monitor grain quality during processing and report any issues to supervisors. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance. Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or agricultural settings is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills. A background in farming or agriculture is advantageous but not mandatory.
