INVOICING/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Invoicing/Warehouse Associate $19/hr Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Invoice Specialist to join our warehouse team. The primary focus of this role is truck invoicing and order processing, with the ability to assist across warehouse operations as needed. This is a hands-on position that requires both administrative accuracy and physical capability. Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and process truck invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments
• Label packages and shipments correctly to ensure proper routing and delivery
• Verify shipments are going to the correct destinations prior to loading
• Coordinate and assist with loading trucks with outbound product
• Operate a pallet jack to move product and freight as needed Additional Duties On days when truck volume is low or UPS/FedEx parcel volume is heavy, the candidate will be expected to:
• Assist the parcel shipping team (UPS/FedEx) with order fulfillment
• Pack orders and prepare small parcel shipments as needed
• Wave and process orders through the warehouse management system
• Help with partial shipments and miscellaneous warehouse tasks Requirements & Qualifications
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or invoicing preferred
• Ability to operate a pallet jack
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in invoicing and labeling is critical
• Ability to lift and move packages; this is a physically active role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexible and willing to assist across departments when needed
• Basic computer skills for invoicing and order processing systems What to Expect This role offers a dynamic day-to-day experience.
