  • Full-time Proman Staffing is currently accepting applications for General Labor positions: Job Summary We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Laborers to assist with the manual banding of rebar stacks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to ensure materials are properly secured for storage and shipment. Key Responsibilities Manually band and secure rebar bundles using appropriate tools and materials Inspect rebar stacks to ensure proper alignment and stability prior to banding Maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced production yard Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist with loading, staging, and organizing materials as needed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Qualifications Prior general labor, construction, or yard experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Physical Requirements Frequent bending, reaching, and standing for long periods Ability to use manual tools such as banding equipment and clamps Endurance to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting Work Environment Outdoor industrial yard setting Exposure to weather elements (heat, cold, rain, etc.) High-paced, physically demanding work environment General Labor
