Operator/Material Handler Job Description Join a leading chemical re-packaging facility where we specialize in converting bulk chemicals into smaller, client-requested packages. We are seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in hands-on roles to ensure the seamless operation of our bottling and packaging equipment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain bottling and packaging equipment. Document processes and outputs meticulously. Engage in extensive manual labor tasks. Inspect products for quality assurance. Handle materials with care and efficiency. Essential Skills Proficiency in reading and writing English. Experience in assembly, production, and machine operation. Capability to handle forklifts safely. Ability to lift between 40-75 lbs. Strong adherence to structured documentation and GMP protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred for some departments. Demonstrated good tenure (1 year or more) in previous roles. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a temperature-controlled, GMP-compliant clean room environment. Expect to wear provided full clean room attire, including beard nets, hair nets, smocks, and shoe covers, which can be warm. Safety gear such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses is mandatory, with prescription safety glasses to be provided by the contractor if needed. Various shift options are available, including 4x10s Monday through Thursday with 1st and 2nd shifts, and a weekend shift (1st shift only) from 6 AM to 6 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
