June 18, 2026 General Labor Somerset, KY $15 / per hour Temp Apply Now Back Job Description General Labor (Heavy Lifting) PPE (hat, glasses and boots required) Position Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support construction crews on active job sites. This role involves a variety of physical tasks to assist skilled trades and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation and cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools Support skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed Dig trenches, backfill holes, and move materials Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, etc.) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Work Environment Outdoor construction sites Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Gain hands-on experience in the construction industry Compensation $15/hr - Drive time (1.5 each way) paid Our Commitment to
