Material Handler Job Details Schedule :

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay Rate :

$19.00/hr

Location :

Walton, KY Material Handler Requirements/Qualifications Resume and interview required. Must read, write, and speak English. 1-2 years of stand-up forklift experience required. Sit-down forklift experience preferred. Reach truck experience preferred. RF scanner experience required. Hazmat experience preferred. Ability to read pick tickets, issue sheets, and bills of lading. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. About the Material Handler Role As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include: Distribute materials to production lines using issue sheets. Verify components and maintain inventory accuracy. Report damaged inventory and product discrepancies. Maintain FIFO inventory control. Operate sit-down, reach truck, stand-up forklift, and electric pallet jack equipment. Operate shrink wrap and pallet banding equipment. Perform daily equipment inspections. Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading. Verify finished goods for release. Follow all FDA guidelines, SOPs, safety procedures, and work instructions.
