$18.00 per hour
Schedule:

Job Duties Pick customer orders using an RF scanner Pack and label products for shipment Wrap pallets and stage orders for shipping Inspect products for accuracy and damage Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation Move materials throughout the warehouse Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if trained) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Picker. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
