Role:

As a Driver/Warehouse Team Member at our Geismar, LA location, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and professional service to our valued customers Verifying and inspecting incoming materials for quality and accuracy Accurately and efficiently preparing orders for shipment by pulling items and packing them securely Assisting with inventory and cycle counts and other general warehouse tasks Safely operating delivery vehicles and lift equipment Making deliveries to local chemical plants and fabrication shops

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent At least 21 years of age A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen Must have, or able to obtain, a DOT medical card, TWIC and a Class D Chauffer's License. A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or customer service roles is a plus

Physical Demands:

Position requires the ability to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and have near and far vision. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment:

Position is occasionally exposed to moving machinery. It is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and cold/hot temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
