Full Job Description Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Job description: Yzer is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate to join our Last Mile team, reporting directly to the Hub Supervisor. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling tasks that support efficient delivery processes. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

M-F 6:00AM-3:30PM Job Responsibilities Support the Hub Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate counts and timely restocking. Investigate discrepancies and report issues to the Hub Supervisor. Prepare and sort products for delivery, ensuring they are sent to the correct destinations efficiently. Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies, promoting a safe working environment. Work closely with team members to foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, encouraging input and shared decision-making. Assist in training new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about warehouse processes and safety standards. Help maintain records and prepare reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all operations. Qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with some preferred experience in leadership or supervisory role. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer. Physical Requirements/Work Environment Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs., with or without assistance Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift. Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment Requires normal hearing range
