This hands-on warehouse role supports material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness in a clean, compliance-driven setting. You'll work closely with operations teams to ensure materials are received, tracked, stored, and delivered exactly when needed.
Hours & Pay Schedule:
Monday - Thursday | 6:30 AM - 6:30
PM Pay Rate:
$22.09 per hour Daily Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips
Enter inventory transactions accurately into the ERP system (SAP)
Support regulated warehouse operations following FDA, cGMP, and quality procedures
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse equipment safely
Report safety hazards, damaged materials, or equipment issues promptly
Maintain proper material flow to support production demand
Assist departments by locating and delivering required inventory
Complete the required QMS training before performing the assigned tasks
Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas
Follow all standard operating procedures and documentation practices Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of warehouse experience
Experience working in inventory systems or ERP environments (SAP preferred)
Ability to follow regulated procedures and documentation requirements
Forklift and material handling equipment experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a structured, quality-controlled environment
