Full-Time Join a Growing Team! Edgestone Staffing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations at our Ayer, MA facility. This is a high-priority position with an immediate need for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring materials are received, tracked, staged, and delivered to production accurately and on time. If you have forklift experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Load and unload pallets from trailers safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, count, tag, and distribute incoming materials. Verify quantities and quality of incoming shipments. Kit, pre-stage, and document raw materials for daily production requirements. Review load plans to ensure accuracy and proper truck positioning. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts. Track and update inventory transactions within the Oracle ERP system. Provide Quality Control samples of raw materials as required. Complete and maintain inventory, shipping, receiving, and production documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures. Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills Experience operating a forklift or fork truck. Basic computer proficiency. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education & Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
