Job Summary We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate who will support the daily tasks in all areas of the warehouse operations. This includes, but not limited to, palletizing, shipping, picking orders, receiving, PPP production, kitting, unloading containers, inventory control, and quality inspection. This role is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all shipments and deliveries meet quality and safety standards. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting all areas of the warehouse and the staff and management. Essential Responsibilities Assist with picking and shipping orders with UPS and FedEx. Build LTL pallets and stretch-wrap, with potential to schedule LTL shipments. Assist with restocking primary shipping location. Assist with the unloading of container shipments. Help maintain inventory organization and accuracy. Assist with the kitting process, including picking, grouping, and packaging items together. Assist with quality inspection of product received from manufacturing. Assist in the PPP production area, including machine operation, as needed. Keep warehouse areas clean and organized, and in compliance with safety protocols. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in warehouse operations, such as shipping, receiving, inventory control, or picking preferred. Forklift and pallet-jack experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus. Required Skills Able to use a pallet jack and to lift and carry boxes. Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to cleanliness protocols. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Basic math skills for recordkeeping. Self-motivated individual who is equally productive working independently or as part of a team. Ability to listen generously and to react well to change. Willing to take directions and receive feedback. Working Conditions 1st shift, regular, full-time position. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Warehouse environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. Overtime required as necessary.
