Position Overview:

As an Outbound Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently preparing shipments for delivery. Your key duties include loading outbound trailers, operating a Stand-Up Forklift, and ensuring all products are accurately scanned and documented. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain our high standards for quality and operational excellence.

8:00 PM - 6:30

AM Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

Safely load outbound trailers according to company protocols Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to move and stage products efficiently Use RF scanners to accurately record inventory transactions Identify and resolve scanning discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy Inspect shipments for damages and report issues promptly Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times Follow safety policies and participate in team meetings and process improvements Support inventory control through proper product handling and documentation Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehousing, shipping, or logistics preferred Valid experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift is required Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Flexibility to work overnight hours in a fast-paced setting
