12:00PM - 8:00PM 6:00am - 2:00pmWhat You'll Be Doing:
As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations — making sure everything that comes in and goes out is accurate, on time, and handled with care.- Count, box, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Load and unload trucks, shelves, pallets, racks, and carts
- Receive finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials (Mitek, Codman, Spine, and Orthopedic products)
- Accurately process shipments using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Maintain organization of materials in designated areas
- Ensure documentation, labeling, and storage comply with FDA and/or GMP standards
- Understand and follow departmental layout and process flow
Experience and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership
Experience and Skills Preferred:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in FDA/GMP-regulated environments (required)
- Understanding and use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Working knowledge of warehouse systems and logistics tools What happens next ?
