We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaning and Maintenance Associate to help us maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse facility. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs throughout our warehouse, loading dock areas, and storage systems. This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace organized and safe. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine warehouse cleaning to maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment Clean and maintain loading docks, dock doors, dock plates/levelers, ramps, and ramp undersides Complete scheduled monthly cleaning projects, including Oil Tote Monthly Cleaning Inspect loading ramps and dock areas; perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed Assist with dock door upkeep: seals, bumpers, tracks, hinges, and general hardware Support rack repair tasks, including tightening components and reporting damage or safety concerns Assist with disassembly and assembly of warehouse fixtures, shelving, and storage systems Support warehouse improvement projects (reorganizing areas, installing safety guards, relocating equipment) Help prepare for monthly Ingredient Rotation Audits and verify cleanliness of storage areas Identify and immediately report unsafe conditions, spills, or facility issues to warehouse leadership Use and properly maintain cleaning tools and equipment (brooms, scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washer) Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and safe lifting practices Keep cleaning supplies (cleaners, absorbents, repair materials) stocked and organized Assist other departments as needed to support overall warehouse operations REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Strong communication skills Ability to stand 100% of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs continuously Ability to work with minimal supervision Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed English required (spoken, read, and written) Forklift experience required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual - Spanish/English HACCP training Familiarity with warehouse dock equipment (levelers, ramps, doors, seals) Experience with pallet rack systems and rack safety awareness Basic knowledge of cleaning standards in warehousing or food-related facilities JOB DETAILS
