Temp-to-Perm Position Overview Seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. Responsibilities Pick, pack, transfer, and process materials and supplies for shipment. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and related documentation. Receive, inspect, count, label, and store incoming materials. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Maintain inventory records, bin locations, and stock levels. Perform physical inventory counts and assemble kits as needed. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and monitor shipping supply levels. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to operate a company vehicle occasionally to transport materials. Basic inventory management and shipping/receiving documentation skills. Willingness to undergo a background check.
