Equipment Operator/ Material Handler Revere Staffing Partners Corp. Chicopee, MA $21 - $25 an hour $21 - $25 an hour Seeking individuals who support daily yard and warehouse operations and shipment of materials. Schedule M-F 6am- Finish ( OT available) $21-25 Operate sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely Receive, store, and stage materials for order fulfillment and shipment Build and prepare loads according to order specifications Verify all outgoing loads match order details before departure Assist with general yard and distribution operations Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations Perform basic math calculations to ensure order accuracy Support continuous improvement, quality, and environmental initiatives

Requirements Skills & Qualifications:

Experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Commitment to safety and compliance standards Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented Ability to pass a background check
