General Labor Food Production

Raw Seafoods is looking for dependable General Labor employees to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment where you will help prepare, pack, label, and move products safely and accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift. What You'll Do In this role, you may: Assemble, pack, and prepare products for production Follow instructions, recipes, procedures, and company rules Weigh, label, and organize ingredients or packaging materials Keep your work area clean and organized Follow food safety, GMP, and safety requirements Use carts, dollies, or hand trucks to move materials Work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Can follow directions carefully Is dependable and shows up ready to work Can stand for long periods of time Can lift up to 50 lbs. Is comfortable working in a cold and wet environment Can perform repetitive work with attention to detail Is willing to work around food allergens Can communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers Work Environment This position requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing carts, and working in a cold and wet food production environment.
