In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with restocking as needed. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment within the warehouse. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking environment is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or overtime if required.
