$18.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Typically 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Some employees may be assigned 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Final schedule will be discussed during the interview.) Job Summary We are seeking experienced PIV Operators (Cherry Picker Operators) to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and possess a strong commitment to safety and productivity. Responsibilities Operate a Cherry Picker (PIV) safely and efficiently Pick and retrieve products from elevated warehouse locations Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory Load, unload, move, and organize inventory as needed Perform order picking and material handling tasks Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols Assist with additional warehouse duties as business needs require Qualifications Previous forklift experience required Experience operating a Cherry Picker/PIV preferred Comfortable working at elevated heights throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to safety and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to work overtime as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at elevated heights
