Loader Operator

Loader Operator Blank Industries, a leading ice melt manufacturer in the New England Area, is looking for experienced Full-Time Loader operators to utilize a variety of machines used in processing and manufacturing. Ideal candidates for these roles would be reliable, self-driven, a fast learner, and has the ability to work alone, as well as on a team. Current Shifts needed are :

Mon-Wed :

6pm-6am ( ability to change and add more hours) Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures. Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving performance. Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner. Proactively communicate with team members and supervisors. Load and unload products and raw material from vehicles and trailers. Document and track inbound and outbound shipments as they occur. Maintain and clean equipment daily, perform pre-checks and post-checks. Operate loaders and other heavy equipment while in a warehouse and outside during all weather conditions. Help keep yard clean of any trash, debris, etc. Other Duties as assigned by management. Requirements Current MA Hoisting License (Required) 3 years of heavy equipment operation (Preferred) Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform daily manual labor.

in inclement weather due to job responsibilities, expectations, and daily business operation. Ability to work in any weather. Open Availability, willingness to work overtime when needed. Attend ongoing safety training and maintain and obtain certifications and licenses as needed.
