NorthPoint is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and shipping inventory while maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 8am - 5pm, Monday -

Pay Rate:

$20-22/hour Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, process, label, and stock incoming inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records using Google documents and other inventory management systems. Process, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using the Managed Inventory platform and UPS WorldShip. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged materials. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow established warehouse procedures, company policies, and safety guidelines. Ensure quality standards are met through careful attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations and meet productivity goals. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift, move, and carry up to 60 pounds. Ability to move and climb rolling ladders up to 10 feet tall. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or distribution experience preferred. Experience with shipping software and inventory management systems is a plus.
