OVERVIEW
  • Entry-level General Labor / Packer role in a climate-controlled, team environment supporting Dixie? cutlery production. Great opportunity for career growth

HOURS & PAY
  • 12-hour shifts: Days 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or Nights 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
  • Pay:
    \$18.00 per hour + shift differential (+\$1 day, +\$2 night)
  • Work includes holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pack Dixie cutlery to specified weight/count and seal boxes
  • Inspect product for quality and remove defects for reuse
  • Place sealed boxes on pallets and assist with material flow
  • Notify process leader/supervisor of quality, safety, or machine issues
  • Follow PPE, safety, and compliance requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Reliable, team-oriented, able to perform repetitive tasks
  • Able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment; prior production experience helpful but not required

  • Manufacturing, industrial, plant, plastics, injection molding, or similar
