Lowell, Massachusetts Job Description As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining the safe, efficient, and organized operation of our warehouse. This position supports environmental field services, chemical distribution, and glycol blending by managing inventory, preparing materials for jobs and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Functions
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment in line with OSHA and company standards
Manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and receive/inspect incoming shipments
Prepare and stage materials and equipment for field service jobs and deliveries
Perform glycol blending operations, collect samples, and maintain quality control documentation
Track and maintain warehouse and blending equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed
Collaborate with operations, field service, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with business needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of warehouse or industrial operations experience preferred
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and chemical handling procedures
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move materials safely
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
