Warehouse Associate

About the Role We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate selection and preparation of orders, contributing directly to our commitment to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Proficiency with RF scanners and attention to detail are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Select and pack orders accurately using pick tickets and RF scanners to fulfill customer requests. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely to transport materials within the warehouse. Prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and stability to prevent damage during transit. Validate product information, including quantities and item numbers, to maintain quality control standards. Maintain a tidy and safe workspace to promote efficiency and prevent accidents. Support inventory management through cycle counts and stock replenishment activities. Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to ensure a secure working environment. Achieve daily performance targets for productivity and accuracy to meet operational goals. Qualifications Required Skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic math and reading skills for accurate order verification. Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment. Proven record of reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role. Experience operating electric pallet jacks. Familiarity with inventory control processes.
