We're hiring Material Handlers/Warehouse Associates for a clean, team-oriented facility in Marlborough, MA . This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience who are dependable, eager to learn, and looking for long-term growth. Schedule Monday-Friday (1st Shift) Choose from one of the following start times: 7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM 9:00 AM
• 5:30 PM 10:30 AM
• 7:00 PM Flexible start times may be available for the right candidate. Pay $19.00

What You'll Do Package and unpack products following detailed procedures Pick, kit, and deliver materials to production Ship products and complete inventory transactions Maintain accurate inventory records Complete quality and packaging documentation Perform equipment maintenance as needed Help identify and report defective materials Work across multiple warehouse and manufacturing functions Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems ERP, MRP, or Oracle experience is a plus, but not required Detail-oriented with strong attendance and reliability Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn multiple job functions Preferred Experience Inventory management Shipping & receiving Material handling Picking and packing Kitting Manufacturing support Basic hand tool experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the duration of the shift Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs Work safely around warehouse equipment and manufacturing environments Steel-toe shoes are required Why Apply?
