Warehouse Associate (Hourly Position)

About Us T Market is a large Asian supermarket located in the Natick Mall. We are committed to maintaining a well-organized and efficient back-of-house operation to support our store's success. We are currently seeking dependable and physically capable Warehouse Associates to join our team. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, organizing warehouse inventory, and replenishing store floor stock. This role requires physical strength, forklift operation, and the ability to manage inventory with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who: Is physically fit and comfortable lifting 30 lbs or more Can operate a forklift safely Is organized and resourceful Speaks Chinese or English Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for easy access and rotation Restock store floor inventory from warehouse stock as needed Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area Assist with periodic inventory counts and report discrepancies Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs regularly; higher weight capacity preferred Forklift operation experience required Proficient in Chinese or English (verbal communication) Previous warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment How to Apply Please email your resume to hr@tmarketus.com.
