Job Description
Dry Air Systems is the premier HVAC and Plumbing contractor in Massachusetts responsible for providing heating, cooling, air conditioning, mechanical services to residential and commercial customers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Family-owned and operated since 1989, Dry Air Systems has earned a stellar reputation for delivering expert HVAC services to residential and commercial customers, on time and budget. Seeking a dependable, organized Warehouse Assistant to help keep our HVAC warehouse running efficiently. This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing materials for our field crews, and ensuring the warehouse stays clean and organized. Responsibilities Receive and stock incoming materials and equipment. Pick and stage materials for service technicians and installation crews. Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Load and unload deliveries. Assist with inventory counts and restocking. Prepare orders for shipment or jobsite delivery. Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment. Perform general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Basic organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with opportunities to learn and grow within a well-established HVAC company.
