Job Description As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation for excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every order is picked correctly, double-checking items for accuracy and quality before they are packed and shipped. To be great at quality control, you must first understand picking, packing, and other key warehouse processes. By learning the full workflow, you will develop the knowledge and attention to detail needed to identify errors and ensure our customers receive exactly what they have ordered. You'll handle orders ranging from large, simple pieces to hundreds of small items that look similar but have slight variances that you'll need to recognize. Your keen attention to detail will help maintain our high standards. The Quality Control Associate is responsible for verifying the accuracy of picked orders and ensuring they meet our quality standards before final packaging. You will work closely with the warehouse team to inspect products, confirm order accuracy, and carefully pack items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. While your main focus will be quality control, you will also assist in picking and packing orders as well as other tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Quality Inspection
  • Inspect items for defects, inconsistencies, or damage before packing Order Verification
  • Double-check picked orders for accuracy, ensuring the correct products, quantities, and finishes are included Learn Picking & Packing
  • Gain hands-on experience picking orders accurately and packing them securely Packing Orders
  • Securely and neatly pack orders to prevent damage during transit while maintaining a professional presentation Inventory & Organization
  • Keep the QC and packing areas clean and organized, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain efficiency and communicate any order discrepancies or quality issues Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in orders Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Enjoy repetitive tasks Must be able to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 50 lbs Excellent teamwork and communication skills Organizational skills to maintain a clean and functional workspace Punctuality and reliability are a must Prior warehouse or quality control experience is a plus but not required•we are willing to train the right candidate!
