Job Description
Warehouse Associate Pete's Tire Barns was started by Peter A. Gerry in 1968 and has grown to one of the largest independent tire dealerships in the country. Pete's currently operates 22 full-service locations in New England, a state-of-the art Distribution Center, 3 Bandag retread facilities, employs in excess of 300 people, and operates a fleet of over 100 service and delivery vehicles. Today, approximately 90% of our business is in the commercial truck tire and related markets. Pete's services everything from a wheelbarrow tire up to an earthmover tire.
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
Load, unload and move tires and similar product as needed Operate a fork or clamp truck to move product Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Basic mathematical skills Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram form Computer skills: Basic computer skills; training will be provided as neededEquipment:
Capable of operating a sprayer Ability to be able to work at one position, standing for longer periods of timeWarehouse Associate Benefits:
