Warehouse Associate

Our client, a wholesale distribution company, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Palmer, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing orders to ensure timely and precise shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Use handheld scanners or paper pick lists to locate products throughout warehouse aisles Sort, wrap, and securely pack items into shipping containers for outbound shipments Scan items to keep inventory records updated and accurate Inspect items for damage and verify correct quantities are packed prior to shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift

Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the duration of the shift Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet shipping deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
