Job Description

Warehouse Laborer Responsibilities:
Represent Cityscapes professionally by maintaining a positive attitude and providing courteous, respectful service to clients, vendors, and fellow team members. Safely load, unload, secure, and transport plants, containers, seasonal décor, hard goods, and installation materials for delivery to client locations. Assist with daily deliveries to client sites, ensuring all materials arrive accurately, safely, and on schedule. Support installation crews by reading daily work orders, staging materials, and pulling the correct plants, containers, and supplies for each project. Retrieve, assemble, and prepare products for installation crews, ensuring all required materials are complete before departure. Process returned materials by inspecting, restocking, and updating inventory records as appropriate. Operate warehouse equipment and follow safe material handling practices when moving products throughout the facility. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, loading dock, yard, greenhouse, and exterior storage areas. Support installation and operations teams with project preparation, event logistics, and other operational needs as business demands require. Ensure warehouse, storage areas, vehicles, and equipment are secured and locked at the end of the workday when assigned. Follow all Cityscapes safety policies, including proper lifting techniques, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe operation of company vehicles and equipment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team processes. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must possess a high degree of organizational skills and professionalism Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles for errands and material transport required Fork-lift certification preferred Team-oriented and possesses the ability to work collaboratively with the operations department, installation & exterior departments, sales/client representatives, and office staff Proficient verbal and interpersonal skills Effective communication and follow-through a must
Working Conditions:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; standing for long periods of time; stretching, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Medium to heavy physical requirements.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
