Warehouse Associate/Shipper

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate (Shipper) at K-array USA, where you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving and processing incoming shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient, timely shipping and fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment. Experience with warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and inventory handling is a plus, as is an interest in pro audio. Your contributions will help uphold our high standards of accuracy, safety, and overall customer service. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using order documentation and RF scanners. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips for quantity and condition. Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload goods safely. Prepare and stage outbound shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation for carrier pickup. Assist with inventory counts, verify stock levels, and report discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Support loading and unloading of trucks to ensure smooth daily operations. Experience Valid forklift certification required (certification cost may be covered for the right candidate). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently. Basic computer skills and experience with handheld or RF scanners preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems (e.g., Zoho) is a plus. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is advantageous. Understanding of shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory processes. Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipments.

Pay:
