Hours:
7:30 - 5pm Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for the efficient receiving, handling, organizing, and distribution of products within our warehouse. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and smoothly functioning warehouse environment. Responsibilities Unpacking and organizing assigned projects. Validating project loads via Excel spreadsheets to ensure accuracy. Photograph equipment and enter equipment specifications into our database in a manner that enhances the product for our marketplace. Follow established quality control procedures to maintain product standards. Keep a clean and organized workspace. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed for moving and lifting equipment. Communicating with employees in person and remotely (email, phone, Teams, etc.). Undertaking additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
•As position is in Canton, MA, candidates should be within commuting distance • High School diploma or equivalent. One to two years of experience in warehouse receiving Exhibiting proficiency in computers, e-mail, Excel, label printers, and data entry system. Safely lift to 50 lbs. Accurately identify and process non-manufacturer boxed laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment. Demonstrating extensive product knowledge for the identification and processing of equipment. Possess effective communication skills. Have experience in interacting with both external and internal customers.
