This hands‑on role is responsible for picking and packing orders, shipping and receiving, inventory replenishment, returns processing, and general warehouse support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Cross‑training will be provided so the individual can support multiple areas of the warehouse. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and UPS/FedEx shipping tools is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Receive and inspect incoming products and materials Process returns and restock returned merchandise Replenish inventory and maintain accurate picking locations Prepare and manifest shipments using UPS/FedEx systems Learn and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Load and unload trucks as needed Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping Work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve order or inventory issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Assist in other warehouse functions as needed Qualifications Prior warehouse, distribution, or pick‑and‑pack experience preferred but not required Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and reliability Team‑oriented with a positive, cooperative attitude High school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and moving products Equipment This role may occasionally require operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts. Training and authorization will be provided before operation.
