In this role, you will be the face of our company , representing us with professionalism and care while ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. While your primary responsibility is delivering products, occasional support in the warehouse may also be required. Duties Operate delivery vehicles, including larger trucks, to transport products to locations throughout New England. Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload products, using equipment such as pallet jacks when needed. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Provide outstanding customer service , interacting professionally and positively with clients during deliveries. Handle heavy lifting of packages safely and efficiently (up to 50 pounds). Maintain accurate delivery records, including confirmations and reporting any discrepancies. Requirements Experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service skills; you will be the face of our company and the main point of contact for our clients. Experience in warehouse operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (company reimburses the fee). Strong reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude.
