Job Description

Heat Flo is a design, sales, and manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions for hydronic, solar, and electric-based water heating applications and high-efficiency hydronic and radiant heating applications based in Uxbridge, MA. They are seeking a Warehouse I Team Member who is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations with a primary focus on receiving and a secondary focus on shipping. This role performs material handling, staging, loading, offloading, paperwork processing, and production support activities while following established procedures and safety standards. The position works with moderate oversight and is expected to demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials by following established receiving procedures, verifying counts, and identifying discrepancies as needed. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate material handling practices. Process receiving, shipping, and inventory-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Move, stage, and organize materials for inventory, shipment, and production needs. Return materials to inventory and stage finished goods or other items for shipment. Stage and deliver production inputs to support workflow and operational schedules. Assist with head joggling and other production preparation activities as needed. Support outdoor material flow, including scrap metal, pallets, and related warehouse materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or related experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and comply with established procedures. Basic counting, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with moderate oversight and ask questions when clarification is needed. Commitment to safe work practices and proper handling of materials and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with receiving, shipping, staging, or inventory control activities. Familiarity with material handling equipment and warehouse safety practices. Ability to prioritize tasks and support changing operational needs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting, staging, and documenting materials.
