Job Title:
Warehouse Associate Job Description The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely handling of products. In this role, you receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. You help support inventory accuracy, maintain warehouse organization, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and products, verify accuracy against documentation, and ensure items are properly recorded in inventory systems. Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations to maintain an orderly and efficient inventory environment. Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards. Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and staging materials for carrier pickup. Support inventory accuracy by performing counts, reporting discrepancies, and following inventory control processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines. Handle materials using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, following safe operating practices. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, or shipping issues and help ensure on-time delivery to customers. Follow established productivity, quality, and safety standards while meeting daily operational goals. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance warehouse efficiency. Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control preferred. Hands-on experience with inventory, packaging, and material handling. High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal communication skills for effective coordination with team members. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems preferred. Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus. Comfort working in a warehouse and inventory-focused environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative setting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
