Job Description

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely handling of product. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders in accordance with company standards for quality, safety, and productivity. The Warehouse Associate works collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using inventory and shipping systems Ensure correct labeling and packaging of products for delivery Maintain inventory accuracy by following proper stock rotation and cycle counting procedures Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and stockroom areas Support continuous improvement and lean warehouse practices Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to fulfill customer needs Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Experience Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems a plus
Skill Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods This is a full-time, 5 days on-site position.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
