• Finish Temp Secure is now hiring immediately for a Warehouse Packer / Production Associate position.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and packaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate hand tools and packaging equipment to assemble and pack products Follow FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and all safety procedures Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting of equipment when needed Support assembly and packaging operations with precision Operate forklifts (if certified) to move materials within the facility Follow detailed instructions from blueprints and work orders (English required) Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Use warehouse scanners / WMS system (preferred but not required)

Requirements:

Must be able to work scheduled shift hours only (no exceptions) Strong attendance and job stability (longevity required) Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation required Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred Forklift and scanner/WMS experience is a plus Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Must be able to pass background check and drug screen (THC is OK) Apply today
