Westaff is looking for a Warehouse Clerk in the Worcester, MA area for Immediate Start!

Location:

Worcester, MA Shift:

8:00am-4:30pm

Monday-Friday Pay:

$23/hour This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys administrative work, and isn't afraid to jump in on the warehouse floor when needed.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and manage shipping paperwork including BOLs, packing lists, labels) Process orders in internal systems with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate load planning to support efficient outbound shipments Communicate with clients regarding order status, requirements, and scheduling Support warehouse operations as needed, including: Picking and staging orders Systematic receiving and inventory updates Assisting with workflow coordination between office and floor teams Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across all logistics systems

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related administrative role Strong attention to detail and comfort working with shipping documents and data Ability to learn and navigate logistics or ERP systems Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Willingness to support warehouse tasks when needed Benefits for working with
