Warehouse/Operations Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and job preparation for garage door installation projects. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse while ensuring installation teams are fully prepared for each job to reduce call-backs and return trips. Responsibilities Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and outdoor storage areas Manage inventory levels, audits, restocking, and tracking systems Coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing job materials Prepare and verify materials/equipment for residential and commercial installations Develop and improve Ready-For-Install (RFI) checklists and processes Work with installation teams to ensure job readiness and minimize on-site issues Track call-back trends and implement solutions to improve quality and efficiency Coordinate scrap/rubbish removal and proper material storage Prepare reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and operational KPIs Collaborate with management and other departments to support company goals Skills Experience in warehouse, inventory, or operations management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory systems and logistics coordination preferred Construction, garage door, or building materials industry experience is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills Fork truck and Scissor lift experience Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence! Pay:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
