This role involves Belt making, inventory handling, order preparation, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, containers, and deliveries Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Organize and store inventory in designated locations Assist with inventory counts and stock checks Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Assist supervisors and team members as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs repeatedly Basic math and counting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work independently Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Preferred (Nice to Have) Previous mechanical experience Forklift experience Basic computer or inventory system knowledge Work Schedule Full-time Day shift Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $18-$22+ (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Paid training Supportive, family-style work environment
