Full Job Description Job Title:

Warehouse Associate Job Summary We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Fulfillment Center team in Baltimore County. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders Prepare orders for shipment Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where applicable) Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Schedule Full-time Day and weekend shifts may be available If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to join a growing team, we encourage you to apply today and begin your career with our Baltimore County Fulfillment Center.
