The applicant must possess a valid driver's license and be approved by out insurance company as equipment pick-up will be required. Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper organization within the warehouse management system (WMS) Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and order picker tools for timely fulfillment Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for shipping & receiving processes Load and unload trucks safely, coordinating with transportation teams to meet delivery schedules Maintain stock levels by performing regular inventory counts and updating records in systems like AS400 or MRP software Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks with proper certification and safety protocols in mind Pick-up equipment at various suppliers in the area Skills Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution environments Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and order picking processes Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to stock management Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes including packaging standards for online orders Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-moving environment Join us today to be part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence in warehouse operations!
